Sometimes you get the opportunity to photograph and meet some amazing people and it’s one of the many reasons why I love my job.

Rebecca was the producer of a fabulous health, fitness, and fashion show on the Live Well Network called Mirror/Mirror and is now a traffic anchor on ABC13. I was honored that she would want ME to photograph her precious baby. Rebecca found me on Instagram by searching the hashtag #houstonmom and I’m so happy she did! So far, Houston has not let me down! All of the people I have met and new clients I have made just convince me that this is a wonderful place to continue rebuilding my business.

From the moment I walked into their home, I felt comfortable. Rebecca’s husband, Eric was about as nice as could be. Seriously! We talked as if we were old friends. Eric’s mom was there loving on baby Gray, keeping him happy until photoshoot time (yay for amazing grandmas!). :) And Rebecca was just as kind and gorgeous as she is on television.

Gray was such a little champ through our whole session. He was patient with the many diaper changes, feedings, swaddles (and unswaddles) and quickly calmed down when mommy snuggled him.  We had a wonderful time together and I loved photographing this family. Their love for one another is so evident and I consider it a privilege that I can capture their first sweet days with Gray for them.
