Kori contacted me after a few of our mutual friends recommended me to her. She was due any day with her little boy Sterlin (isn’t that such a cool name?!) and I was excited that I was able to get her session on the calendar so last minute.
Kori is also a professional photographer here in Houston (go see her work here!) and to say I wasn’t a little nervous (and intimidated!) would be a lie. It’s always a little scary knowing that you are going to photograph someone who works in the same field as you (and does BEAUTIFUL work too!). But, I am so glad I ignored that silly negative voice in my head and did this session because these are probably some of my favorite newborn photos I’ve taken! Kori, thank you for trusting me with this special time in your family’s life. Thank you for being so relaxed during your session and letting me photograph your precious family.
